Jason has a 30-year career that spans the entertainment, digital technology, theme parks, igaming, video game and data visualization industries.

He has worked extensively in both R&D and Product Development for video games, VR, government projects, HCI (Human Computer Interaction), casino and simulations.

Jason began his career in R&D for Disney Imagineering as a ride designer involved in the ‘first wave’ of VR way back in the '90s before turning his attention to commercial video games.

Jason is a serial entrepreneur who builds and leads world-class teams to develop cutting-edge software. His first game studio (Xatrix) was sold to Activision in 2002 (as Greymatter). Since then he has helped build numerous companies as both founder and consultant. Clients include both governments and private companies in the Internet 3.0, online casino, serious games and video games of all kinds. Jason has been a crypto investor for ~3 years and is an evangelist for the broader web3, AI Ethics, metaverse & XR communities.

Lawrence Holland

Larry began his almost 40-year design & programming career in 1983. Along with his wife Robin, he ran his own company Totally Games for 25 years (a close partner of LucasArts). He was also project lead on the acclaimed X-Wing / TIE Fighter series. As both an engineer, mathematician and game designer, Larry wears many hats. Our 'chief visionary' is both high-level strategy planning and product development guru as well as a hands-on engineer.

Ken is a veteran of studio recording, sound design and an award winning composer.  Over the course of 30 years, Ken has studied, performed and recorded amazing acoustic delights in both the studio and the field.  He's worked for years in post-production for film, video games and escape rooms.

Ken’s focus is always on quality, original audio and with a background in technology services. His work strikes a balance between content delivery a strong desire to improve audio workflow process and delivery. 

Ken has the majority of all the sound and music for Asylum Labs games.

Ken S. is a fullstack and blockchain developer with over 9 years of experience, managing all aspects of the development process.

As a senior developer, he has in-depth knowledge of many areas and possesses the ability to code quickly and efficiently. He's passionate about solving challenging problems that others find too difficult or impossible. Ken has worked on many DeFi and Dapps based on Ethereum Blockchain and has substantial experience in designing and implementing 'smart contracts'. Ken has experience with Solidity, web3.js, ethers.js, Immutable X, Hardhat with a strong understanding of the EVM. He also has built governance systems with multi-stage voting. Ken is now an expert in Uniswap, Sushiswap, Swapping tokens, Staking, Yield Farming, Lottery Smart Contracts etc. He has special skills around evaluation and design of scalability, security, blockchain performance, and gas optimization.

His/her college years studying accounting & finance at a top-tier university (Magna Cum Laude Grade) have served him/her well for years of private equitey management, multiple banking roles and international M&A work for multiple Fortune 500 banking institutions.

Making money for the banks became too easy and Capt. Darkmatter needed a new challenge. Currently he/she resides in a location unknown and lends his/her invaluable expertise to a small handful of elite projects. We are lucky to have him/her.

Mark spent forty years practicing law in Silicon Valley, assisting startups and multinational companies in their financing and intellectual property matters. He recently retired as a partner of DLA Piper, a global law firm and formed Personal Engines, LLC, a consulting company.

Personal Engines, LLC will assist a limited number of Web3 projects and startups on their intellectual property and financing strategies. At DLA Piper, he was one of the co-managers of Blockchain and Digital Asset practice. He has worked with many web3 companies, including TikTok’s first NFT drop, the Premier League’s deal with Dapper Labs, Inc. and WAGMI’s transaction with a major shoe manufacturer. He has been working on cutting edge intellectual property issues, from assisting in the development of the framework for software licensing in the 1980s to the first domain dispute resolution policy for Network Solutions, Inc. in the 1990s to open source software licensing (including serving as General Counsel of Open Source Initiative for over 20 years).

He assisted an investor in analyzing Libra governance and potential investment. He also assisted an investor in Telegram SAFT as well as its options upon Telegram’s loss of the litigation with the SEC. He has managed over 1,000 venture capital transactions. He was one of the lawyers that drafted the “Can’t Be Evil” suite of NFT intellectual property licenses sponsored by a16z Crypto which were then made available for free to the NFT community.
